Phase I nears completion at White Feather

Phase I is almost complete at White Feather subdivision in Manhattan.  Six lots are left to complete in Phase I, including a premium lot on the pond.  McDonnell is waiving its premiums in Phase I and making some great deals so they can close out Phase I.

Phase II, already open, is the newest phase at White Feather subdivision in Manhattan.  Offering cul-de-sac and nature view home sites on premium lots.  When complete, Phase II will nestle up against the Park District’s future Round Barn Project.

Homes in White Feather are also eligible for the Village of Manhattan’s “new home rebate” which gives buyers a $5,000 tax-free check after closing.  Only buyers who purchase a home originally permitted between May 7, 2008 and July 31, 2010 and closing within the corporate limits of the Village of Manhattan are eligible for this program.  This is all in addition to the recently passed federal tax credit, where first-time homebuyers can receive up to $8,000 on the purchase of their new home.  And the $6,500 tax credit that is being offered to new homebuyers that have owned and occupied their home for five years.  Both have been extended to 2010.

Closed Thursday and Friday.  To visit, take Laraway Road to Rt. 52, turn south, approximately two miles to entrance, and left (east) to the five beautifully decorated models.
